Hill Agricultural Research Station is located beside the Khagrachari-Dighinala highway. It takes approximately 30 minutes to reach there from the main town (using a battery driven vehicle). Inside the institute you’d find plenty of materials related to agriculture.
If you are a plant lover, and also you love to enjoy your day with various kinds of plants then it is a place for you. This place is built in a huge area, and there are numerous kinds of fruit trees. The main thing anyone would like is that all the plants are identified with placards.
I visited this Agricultural research station at the eleventh hour. I had only 2 hours in hand before the last bus left for Dhaka. So I hastily visited the institute. Just walked around for a few minutes. I think I wasn’t even able to cover 1% from the whole institute. This should be a wonderful place to explore during the afternoon.
