This Arail Beel is just near at the Shyamshaiddhi Moth that I visited on that day. This is located in a vast area of Sreenagar upazila of Munshiganj district. Although people do cultivation during dry season, but during rainy season it becomes one place through the water. My visit was just before the rainy season (or just started), that’s why the water of Arail Beel is about to raising up.
Despite of this condition it was a lovely view to watch over the vast water covered fields. The water of level of the Arail Beel wasn’t that deep that time, but still I saw lot of boats were passing through the water. I think they were harvesting something from the water plants. Not sure what was that.
This is a lovely place to pass your afternoon with friends. I think an Adda with friends would be a great idea. Specially when every one is sitting just beside the roads, facing the water of the Arail Beel.
